Our orders are printed on demand just for you! We send them to the printer immediately to ensure the most efficient production time, therefore we cannot accept changes once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding!

Please email allie@sunnyhillthreads.com with 1) your order number and 2) the issue you are experiencing, in order for us to rectify the issue.

  • If an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, we will reprint and reship a new order at no charge to you using the shipping method you originally paid for.
  • Production can take up to 4 business days. The first day of production is the first business day after the order was placed. Tracking is added to your order when the printer prints a shipping label and that label is scanned by a shipping carrier, like USPS or UPS. Once the shipping carrier has the package, it's on its way to you! Transit time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location.

    We strive to provide the best quality products, but mistakes do happen. If you receive an incorrect product or damaged product, please email allie@sunnyhillthreads.com with 1) your order number 2) the issue with your order and 3) a picture of the damaged product received, in order for us to rectify the issue. Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within two months from purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint.

Please take the time to read through each product description for details on the fit of each piece of apparel.     Multiple print vendors are used throughout the united states, therefore when ordering more than one product it is possible that your order may ship in separate packages from separate locations.

    The vinegar scent is part of the pre-wash print odor of our high quality, water-based ink and will wash away in the first rinse cycle.
